There are lots of potatoes, carrots, and tofu chunks in a rich coconut sauce. I normally order fried tofu, but the dude prefers the baked tofu. This is one of the few places that does not use fish sauce in their curries. They have egg noodles listed on the appropriate entrees, so it's pretty clear what is vegan-friendly.
