I posted about going to a seminar by the owner of
Ripe. I went to the pop-up cafe today at the farmers' market with the dude. We split an order of sweet potato and black bean enchiladas, a bistro burger (mushroom-lentil patty with cashew chevre), and a scoop of birthday cake ice cream. I totally could have consumed all of this by myself, but the dude doesn't have a bottomless appetite like me. (Probably for the best?) This was an awesome meal to start our Sunday afternoon of football and friends. I will definitely go back as the menu changes periodically. My friend said her previous tacos were incredible, so I am bummed that I missed out on those!
