I found this
chia pasta on sale at the store recently, so I picked it up. I served it with some red beans, kale, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and cauliflower. I sprinkled some of the nooch pesto topping I got from Pat Greer's Kitchen on top. That really bumped up the flavors. This was a great meal and it made a ton of food, perfect for the long hours I've been working recently.
