I used the
VegNews recipe for homemade vegan Samoas written by
Meet the Shannons. I don't think my caramel got as thick as the original Samoas, but they were definitely delicious. Time consuming, but so worth it! They were very popular at the potluck. This is just one rack of the finished product. I used a small biscuit cutter and a piping tip to get the perfect shape. :)
