I made a very simple seitan bowl the other night. I made this seitan recipe, but used a pinch of red pepper flakes and a teaspoon each of cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder for the seasonings. I still used the peanut butter, sesame oil, and soy sauce. I sauteed some onion and bell peppers. Served everything over rice with a pinch of cilantro in it. This would have been better with some beans and avocado, but I didn't plan ahead to cook beans and my remaining avocado half looked questionable. I'll know better next time. For presentation, I should have cut everything into strips for a more fajita-like appearance.
