It was pretty cold in Houston recently, but it's finally warming up. I made this soup a while ago, but I'm just now getting around to posting it on the blog. This
soup recipe is from Oh She Glows. It has quinoa, sweet potatoes, and black beans. I topped it with some diced avocado and cilantro. Yum! Perfect for cold weather! I've got some pictures from the weekend, but I haven't uploaded them to my computer yet.
