Junk food alert! Everyone deserves a cheat meal, right? ;) The nacho cheese recipe is from Artisan Vegan Cheese and it includes non-dairy yogurt, some cashews, a chipotle pepper packed in adobo sauce, and other things. It was very good and it tasted fine as leftovers too. I made the beans using my go-to favorite recipe from Appetite for Reduction. Yum!
