Another variation on my usual tofu stir-fry... I tend to stick to simple meals during the week, especially when work gets really busy. I keep tofu, rice, broccoli, and Asian condiments in stock at my house ALL THE TIME. It's so important to have healthy options easily available, otherwise I'll end up eating Chipotle or pizza every night. I made the General Tso's recipe from Olives for Dinner.
