I had a wicked case of stomach flu after my last post, then Steven and I broke up, and then I had my exam which I had to revise. So I haven't done much cooking. But I have been trying to do more cooking lately. I made the
sweet and hot tofu from VeganDad but it wasn't very pretty for photographing. I enjoyed it though. I have been eyeing his lentil sloppy joes and Thai-style tamarind and chili tofu. I baked my mom a
red velvet cake that was two tiered for her birthday. She liked it. :)
