At the end of last year, I managed to pass my last course and enjoy the beginning of the holiday season. I had a vegan Christmas meal of Thai-style tofu with udon noodles. Very un-traditional, but I had to pack something to take to my grandma's since I knew there weren't going to be vegan options. After Christmas, my mom made me a tofurkey, potatoes, and some veggies. It was good. I got to spend some time with Steven and his parents before going home for the holidays. I think I made a much better impression on his mom this time. :)
For Christmas, I gave Steven a nice wok and two Asian cookbooks (all from Williams Sonoma). He got me a KitchenAid stand mixer!!!!!!!! I love him, he's perfect. <3
